The appealing idea behind is a constructivist one; as Seneca used to say:

'Es sind nicht die Dinge, die uns sorgen, sondern was wir über die Dinge denken.'

Präziser: Wie wir die Dinge denken oder vorstellen.

Mind that this is no 'there is no problem'-bullshit and that the purpose could be to change your state into a state that enables you to act.
